We operate a very simple and cost-effective service for secure disposal of your confidential documents without compromising on their security.

• We charge a rate per archive box or a bespoke rate if your items are not currently boxed.
• We work with an industry leading partner to achieve economies of scale that you would not usually be able to access without significant volumes.
• Boxes can either be delivered into our centre or we can collect from you.
• Boxes are held in a CCTV monitored, access-controlled area on arrival then sorted into locked bulk containers ahead of collection from us by our partner.
• Our partners facilities are accredited to ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001.
• Collections can either be scheduled regularly (e.g. monthly) or ad hoc to suit your requirements.
• If your filing cabinets are full then send your obsolete paperwork to us and free up your valuable space.
