We operate a very simple yet extremely secure storage service for highly confidential archive documents, wills, deeds, drawings and records.

  • We charge a single box rate per week inclusive of retrievals
  • We pay any termination costs levied by your current provider *
  • We transfer your boxes free of charge from your current provider *
  • We guarantee to reduce your costs for storage, retrievals & shredding

We provide secure racked out storage units (from 100 to 1500 box capacity) to ensure easy access to your data when you need it.

All units are dedicated for sole usage by individual clients ensuring that 100% confidentiality is guaranteed.

Our premises are protected by a CCTV system operating 24/7 and intruder alarms, door access controls and fire warning systems are installed throughout the facility.

Our on-site shredding service ensures that all documents are destroyed without leaving the premises and a Certificate of Destruction is issued aftereach process.

You are more than welcome to deliver-in or retrieve files yourself at no extra cost. Or we can retrieve and deliver documents to your door, usually within 24 hours – collecting them again when you require.

In most cases this retrieval service is included in the weekly box storage rate.
